Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
SAZU currently ships throughout the European Union.
If you would like delivery outside the EU, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Spain: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 4–10 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information (where available).
Delays
SAZU is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
